I spoke to a representative this afternoon to try and book an appointment to view a property in my local area, only to find they can only accommodate viewings during office hours 9-5am and during weekdays only. The representive appeared to have no decision making ability within his position and had to seek advice on two occasions to book a simple appointment. We were really keen to view the property, but are now not even going to bother. The property has been on the market for 2 years already, I predict this property will be on the market for the next millennium!Note: This review was directed to the Hexham branch.
Alex and the team provided an excellent service. They weren't initially my choice to market the property but should have been. Unlike the other estate agent Alex came up with different strategies to sell the property, his advice worked. the whole team were responsive, supportive and professional. Next time they will easily be my first choice.
