I was helping my son find his own property to rent, after completing his University Degree outside the region. The initial viewing of the property was excellently handled by Roz, professional and unhurried. Having decided to proceed, the actual process managed by Rachael was very efficient, friendly and fast. They advertise any properties I have available to let and I can honestly say they are the nicest bunch of staff I have ever had the pleasure to work with in this capacity. Nothing is too much trouble and I usually am lucky enough to have the property let within no more than 7 days.I also used Hive Estates earlier this year to sell my home. Recently sold my property through Hive Estates and Michael, Laura & the team were absolutely fantastic. They took care of everything from start to finish, from arranging the initial valuation to taking brilliant photos and completing all of the viewings.
