OK but never feel like I get a particularly great service and - as a result - am looking to move elsewhere. Inspection reports are inadequate with next to no info or any photos to back up report.
Wished to view one of their rental properties by Chinatown Newcastle, I never heard back so I decided to give them a call the gentleman was very nice who answered but promised me a video appointment, I never got this and the property I was interested in was later on the market as Let. I called again and the lady who answered had a terrible manner and said these things happen on a first come basis, very rude and not called for. Would use another agency

Very professional, proactive and capable team of people.
