My daughter is still waiting to hear about her bond 4 weeks after she has moved out. Been in touch as many times by Text, e mail and phone and still nothing back. The flat was spotless apart from all the repairs that were never carried out which was the reason she moved in the first place.
This was one of the worst experience I had when I first moved in Newcastle, I was in urgent need of an apartment fitting in my budget and a nice place. After continuous visits to them for quite some time of around three weeks while I stayed in a Hotel with my wife, they simply said sorry. Not to mention they also took their charge of 300 . And I ended up with nothing. Since, I was in urgent need of a house I had to go with another Letting agency to find me a flat.And didn't even returned any part of my money saying that its non-refundable..................If their's an option to go even beyond 1 star, I would give them that.
