Im an investor and Pattinsons have been really helpful in finding investment properties for me in the gosforth area. They always keep me up to date on new stock which is great they are on the ball with that. Everyone in the branch is really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Pattinson recently sold my 3 bed detached house and I can honestly say they were very professional from beginning to end. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but I dealt mostly with Christy and Jennifer (Manager - although I did not realise this at the time) and both could not have done any more to help me. Also with having other local branches you gain extra viewings . They keep you updated in every aspect of selling which keeps you reassured. Jennifers knowledge of the profession actually saved me over 600 for which I was very grateful. All in all I cannot recommend them more highly - you will not be disappointed.
Absolutely first class service from the team at Pattinson Gosforth! I spent about five months being messed about by a bunch of clowns at a different firm of estate agents in Gosforth. I have to admit, I went to Pattinsons as a last resort, but it was the best decision I could possibly have made. Jennifer and the team were absolutely brilliant. There's no flannel, no bs, and no talking to you like you're some kind of moron who doesn't have a clue about property. They're a team of honest, straightforward, hard working professionals who just get the job done, no messing. And they sold the house, literally, within days of me signing the contract. Fantastic! I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much Jennifer, Kelly and Helen, not just for selling the house, but for saving my sanity!
