Rooms need updating. But it was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy . Great views from our room.
Fantastic location, wonderful staff, couldn't do enough for you, really friendly. Place was clean and tidy really enjoyed our stay only downside is the decor is a bit tired, having been in a few of the revamped premier inns this felt a bit dated. Will worth the visit though.
Lovely hotel in a really good location overlooking the river. Listed building good size room. Excellent staff very pleasant and helpful nothing's too much trouble
The hotel is nothing fancy, but its allright. I must say that the beds in premier inns are always very comfortable. Location of this hotel is really superb. View over the river Tyne and Tyne bridge and you're right in the centre of the city. With a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance!
Fabulous views, and large spacious rooms. A little dated but understandable for the age of the building. Very helpful staff. Quiet though on a main road in the quayside. For the price you can't complain. Only complaint is they need to remove the netting around the building which is trapping birds.
