I'd like to say that I've had a great time here, the staff are great and the rooms are kept very clean.I enjoyed the exercise facilities and at no point did I feel bothered from the noise of other people. It's a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay.As for the breakfasts and food on offer in the canteen, I was also very impressed. The mornings breakfasts were delicious and so too was rhe coffee on offer.For me, definite five star rating!
Secure lift and staircase from the ground floor entrance. The room was very comfortable with plenty of plugs and a good sized desk. My room had two double beds which meant it was probably larger than normal.Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice as well as lots of fresh fruit which is always appreciated! Would definitely stay again, the location opposite the train station is very convenient!
Absolute worth for the amount paid. Hotel rooms are clean with good breakfast. Nice amenities. Best is WiFi is far better than many hotels of same price. Only thing laundry price is too steep . Other than that best location best hotel.
Fantastic location, nice clean rooms with a great walk in shower. 24 hour bar area is big and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was also good and included full English option and healthier option like porridge, cereals, fruit, meats,cheeses etc. Will definitely be using this hotel as my go to in Newcastle!!!
Nice rooms. The hotel doesn't have a hotely feel to it of that makes any sense. The floor where u walk in is only 2 elevators that are only small. Reception is on the second floor. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were nice but the need for a key to operate the lifts was a pain but obviously needed or anybody could use the hotel but overall I wasn't a lover of it. Location was very good though.
