Very, very disappointed. Was referred by my doctor just before Christmas and told could not get appointment till letter of referral had been received. When I rang in the New Year, i was told my referral had lapsed as it was over two weeks. A ridiculous state of affairs. Unnecessary extra work for my Doctor and me to arrange another referral because of their unreasonable deadline.
