Recommend by a friend, I was seen by the physiotherapist SJP who was fantastic! Very professional, thorough and reassuring, I had instant pain relief from my shoulder/arm injury. 2 sessions in and I have 0-minimal pain and returned to training this week with good prognosis and understanding of the injury and its prevention.
