This was the first time I have needed to go to a physio and Physiohaus was recommended to me. I had difficulty walking due to knee pain following exercise. Booked in a session with John Dennis and he diagnosed the issue after a full history and exam. He performed acupuncture and gave me a list of stretches to try. It worked great. I was able to walk better after a few days. Continued to have follow up appointments to work on the issues to prevent it happening again and do far so good. Also had a bike fit with John as my setup may have been a contributory factor. He took one look at my bike and knew it was. Completely different set up now after 2.5 hours of position adjustment. Really cannot complain at all about the help he has provided me and can't recommend them enough. Thanks :)
Bit of a squeeze to get in but they pack a lot of punch under one roof! Very well set up and equipped. Great business from the reception staff through to the Physiotherapists. Kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Will use their services again.Unfortunately no photo's as I was there for a bike fit.
Very talented and knowledgable physios as a prospective strongman competitor injuries due to lifting heavy weights are commonplace. The staff at Physio house excel st not only rehabilitating individuals but also educating them. fiona is my Physio and she has done wonders for my injuries getting me back to training readiness.
Best physio I've ever been to - friendly and experienced staff, especially Tracy on reception and Katherine who has sorted my ankle completely. Rooms are private, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Easy to get an appointment, and good value for money.
Had an appointment book today, left work early to get their, only to find the place closed . Me and the free lance masseuse were left standing at the door . told me it would have to be rearranged ! . I found this unbelievable . the receptionist phoned up later that day and said sorry would you like to rearrange? Of course I declined . If it was the other way around and I had missed my appointment am sure they would be on the phone to get paid. It doesn't seem to matter about my time . Unfortunately I wont be using this place again and wont be recommending it to any of my fellow running buddies . Bad management
