Truly phenomenal physio. As a snowboarding coach I have experienced numerous injuries and physio experiences over the years and can say hands down this is truly the best physio Ive visited. Following a full-body assessment I gained massive insight into the causes of why various muscle groups were misfiring, the causes of my joint instability and reasons as to why I was experiencing pain in certain areas. This was followed by quality explanation and demonstration of exercises and methods to alleviate the issues. I am now confident that after two years outve sport, a shoulder reconstruction and knee surgery, Ill be back on the mountain in a few months. Thank you Karen, and everyone at the clinic for a brilliant experience.

They gave me some relief to my aches and pains in my leg muscled. Paid privately.Did the job short term but still needed further treatment to resolve issues so I went to the NHS rather than continuing to pay private.But they knew their stuff. Would I use them again ? Yes
went in for a deep sports massage. barely any pressure used during massage and she spent most of time giving me advice I've heard a million times before. I hated having to pay 25 pounds for service I received. I won't be returning.
