Ive used Balmoral a few times of the last five years and every single physio is superb. The range of approaches to treatment is impressive for a small, independent physiotherapists and I love the fact that they all work collaboratively to solve whatever injury puzzle you present with. Ive seen four different physios over the years and each one has been friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Id much prefer to be injury-free but, if I cant be, I love knowing Balmoral are there to help me put myself back together. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. They are a credit to there profession.
The staff are excellent being both friendly and totally professional. The service offered is exemplary and the standards are extremely high and it should go without saying but it is worth emphasising your health needs come first. Ray Craven
