I visit the shop on many occasions and find the staff all very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff always on hand to offer expert advice and tips. When unable to visit the shop I go online and have the same excellent experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop or the online site for anyone interested in a wide variety of sports. Their prices are the best you will get and the advice and expertise available is second to none. As an experienced runners am always able to get exactly what I want at a great price. Best running shop in the north and probably the country. Also has a wide choice of cycles and outdoor equipment. Now has a coffee shop upstairs which I will be trying on my next visit.
Friendly staff and good selection of running shoes
I can't recommend Start Fitness highly enough. Bought a new pair of running shoes today from the store and found the whole experience first class in every way. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to help. The running shoes are top quality too at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be using this store again.
Placed an order online for a road adventure bike. The website was easy to navigate right through to the checkout. You can easily check the status of the order and after 2 days I received a call from Start Fitness asking for a day that would be suitable for DPD delivery. I then received regular order status emails and received delivery. The bike was well packaged and delivered therefore with no damage. Thank you Start Fitness for a fuss free first order.
Great choice of sport equipment. Good sale prices for quality stuff. All items I bought there were in the best available price and all of them are serving me well!! They also have a nice vegan cafe on the 1st floor. Much recommended!!
