Very friendly, knowledgeably and helpful staff who have a genuine interest in cycling and helping the customer. Staff have also offered me free advice and always recommend the most suitable thing to buy rather than the most expensive.
Live round the corner and always popping in for stuff. Staff always helpful and give great advice, even when its almost closing time on a Sunday and they want to go home!

Really poor customer service. We waited for 15-20 mins to speak to a sales assistant. When we did I explained my budget and the type of mountain bike I was looking to buy. The sales assistant then tried the hard sell on a bike that was 250 over my budget. When I asked about helmets and which one he'd recommend I was told to 'just pick one'. He was extremely unhelpful and if I'd let him I would've parted with over a grand in less than 5 minutes. Very much felt like we were in the way and all he wanted was the sale, not to help us. We left the shop, went to a competitor round the corner, was given fantastic service, and I picked up a great bike. Safe to say I won't be recommending this shop to friends.
