This is a great place to visit. Either alone or with the family, and being free is ideal. There's loads to see, and with guest exhibits from around the world you'll not want to miss them. Plus plenty of parking In the city centre.
Great experience. Parking isn't ideal being pay and display some 300yds from the museum itself, but not enough to put me off. The museum itself is free, although there is a recommended donation if 5. This is optional.
A lovely way to spend a few hours. There is lots to explore and do. Warm and friendly environment with a good cafe. Parking is nearby too.
Highly recommended. This is a free entry museum, although the recommended donation is 5. Some really good and interesting exhibits. They even have some real Egyptian mummies which are interesting. Certainly quite fascinating for kids!
This place is Jewel in the crown of Newcastle. As a visitor attraction, that caters to all ages. During the course of a year, many attractions provide interactive participation. Especially holiday period events ,such as "So you want to be a pirate ". As a free entry venue to cater for low income families. RELYING on the generosity of those of us able to pay. It is second to none. In my humble opinion.
