useless, they dealt with our house buy. they took 4 months, frustrated the seller to the point they nearly withdrew and demanded payment the day before completion, even though id been chasing for the invoice for over a week. AVOID!
Mark Swatts Morse was the seller's solicitor of my property and for a house with no chain it took 5 months to complete, they wouldn't hand over the correct information to my solicitor and at one stage took 8 weeks to complete a questionnaire, The sale was almost lost at numerous stages because of the poor service Mark Swatts Morse offered,Hopefully nobody else has the same issues i experienced,
