I wouldn't want them doing anything on my behalf let alone anything that required legal advice. Made an appointment to have a document signed. They didn't have any record of the appointment on arrival. They then advised they don't offer this service! This despite having been given a price for doing the work. Awful customer service and it's held up an otherwise smooth process with another Solicitor. Keep well away.
No minus! Awful experience with litigation stay well away or you'll lose your house. Dont offer any client care at all total ripp offs! Law society needs too step in before they do more damage!Shame on you Mr Jones you've not only breached your position but you still expected us to commit mortgage fraud too meet a deadline.I hope they throw the book at you and throw away the key!

Matthew Perves and Sarah Barratt disappointed me. I have a massive complaint in about their unprofessional behavior and I have lots of evidence to support this complaint. I would strongly recommend that you keep well away from them. Matthew what we're you thinking? Don't think that you will get away with this and was it worth it. I hope when the legal Ombudsman reports you I hope you ended cleaning toilet for Your Homes Newcastle. And I hope Sarah cleans their floor.
