The only positive I can give is the staff are lovely. But HAS THIS HAPPEND TO ANYONE ELSE it's Always engaged, just tries to ring and I got through to a automated message saying IF YOUR LOOKING FOR 111 ENGLAND PRESS 1 OR IF YOU WANT 11 1 WALES PRESS 2 OR FOR 111SCOTLAND PRESS 3. A MEAN WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS AM TRYING TO GET. MY RESULTS AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON TRYING TO GET A APPOINTMENT, THEY TELL YOU RING BACK @ 8AM TO GET AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT when it's not an emergency and everyone's trying to ring at 8am sometimes I have tried to ring them at 8 and am constantly pressing the call button and it gets to 10.30 and I still carnt get THRU. ITS A FLIPPIN JOKE!!!!!!!
I was advised this surgery was good, but sadly it was not in my experience. GP misdiagnosed everything and I suffered so much as a result. Medications always wrong. Receptionists were nice though.
As good as your gonna get, given the savage cuts the government are making on our over worked health professionals
Staff are helpful but you need to phone before 8-30am if you need an appointment for the same day otherwise you will have to wait a few days to see a doctor
