Was too busy to stay so didn't see anyone but the receptionist was helpful

1 star is only cause I had a short wait time, if it wasn't for that I wouldn't rate them at all...right foot & toe all swollen, lots of pain, can't walk propley & can't put a shoe on, they haven't got a clue! Just said take ibuprofen and paracetamol 4 times a day cause she doesn't know what is wrong, well I don't either but your getting paid to tell me! Absolutely useless & a waste of time
Went in at 7:40pm was told I was too late to be seen by anyone that could offer a full assessment and provide medication, as there were 3 patients in front of me. Closing time on website was 8pm.
Very quiet when I went in (Friday afternoon). Receptionist was friendly and efficient .I was seen quickly by a nurse (I think) who sorted me out straight away . Excellent service
