horrible doctors , wrong recognition s , errors in recognition and what is gets reports to other organisations such as insurances companies , there is need of more European and British based culture doctors
absolute joke milking the NHS this surgery and all associated with it should be sacked
HORRIBLE STAFFI've been there a few times, and everytime it is hard to make an appointment through the phone. Even though the phone number is correct, sometimes their staff just pretend not to pick it up, and sometimes they'll just said that's a wrong number which is obviously not!I don't understand why they don't want people to make an appointment and I'm so sick of it.
One of the most astonishingly ridiculous gp I have ever come across in my life. It's nearly impossible to get to them on the phone as they don't have a waiting system so if the line is busy It'll hang up straight. And if by luck you do get them, they'll let the phone ring and not answer for a good 20 minutes before bothering to answer. Cherry on top, they'll ask you to call back "tomorrow at 8.30 because they are fully booked this week and the week after" Everytime!
Disgusting every time I try to make an appointment I can never get a doctor.I have just been informed that to see Dr.croft it would be in a months time and the doctor I was offered I don't like at all as the attitude towards patients is disgusting that appointment would be two weeks time .. This surgery is terrible and some of the receptionists attitude is appalling very abrupt and very unhelpful at times..
