I have had some bad experiences with dentists and as a result was quite anxious because I knew that I needed an extraction.I rang first thing in the morning and had an appointment within 2 hours, the receptionist was lovely and the registration process was quick and simple.The dentist (Alex) listened to my history of painful dental treatment and it was clear he was sympathetic to my anxiety.When it came to the extraction I was utterly shocked at the speed it was completed and the fact that I only felt slight discomfort.I am now converted, I discussed with Alex future treatment and I am looking forward to working towards better dental health now I know I have somewhere to go that I trust and feel comfortable with.Thank you to all the staff who were lovely and supportive during my visit.
It would be true to say that I'm more than slightly nervous when visiting the dentist, however, I really do have to say the biggest thank you to Mark Bundy. He did an absolutely fantastic job on my recent dental work and it was the most comfortable experience I've ever had whilst sitting in that big black chair. I would highly recommend him......but maybe I should just whisper that incase he gets so busy I can't get my next appointment with him....!
After being very unhappy with my previous dental surgery due to poor service and treatment, I joined The Grange after reading other reviews and it's the best decision I could of made. After much thought, I recently consulted my dentist Alex about the possibility of having a cosmetic dentistry procedure, which was a big investment to make and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. I was made to feel very comfortable at each stage and was really taken care of and my best interests were always at heart, and we were able to achieve an amazing end result. All of the staff here are lovely and friendly, very professional and non judgemental.
Ive recently moved to using the Grange Dental Centre and I could not be more delighted. I am a very anxious patient and can be a terrible patient. The dentist and hygienist I have seen are amazingly patient and explained everything and gave me reassurance. For the first time in years I had treatment without sedation which is incredible. The practice is modern, well equipped, well decorated and the staff are lovely. Definitely recommended!
