Absolutely fantastic, I love my new teeth! The whole process from start to finish was amazing, I couldn't have asked for more. I was so nervous about getting braces, I had wanted them for years but didn't have the confidence to do it. Eventually I decided to look into it more, I did a lot of research and visited a few different dentists, but there was something about Guy that put me at ease. Don't be afraid, go for it! You'll not regret it!
I had been receiving orthodontic treatment from the NHS for several years and the treatment was taking far too long; I had braces for over 3 years because of limited appointment times leading to longer waits. I am so glad I decided to finish my treatment through Queensway. The service was great, all the staff were very friendly and supportive, the procedure was very quick, and the results were incredible, much better than I could have imagined. It was almost a turning point in my life, I can now smile confidently, something I havent done in years and it is a great feeling. Based on my experience to date, I would thoroughly recommend Paul and his team to anyone considering dental work. I have just gone through the first stage of having a dental implant fitting and have found everyone I have come across to be professional, yet friendly and reassuring too . The procedure went very smoothly and comfortably. Not the most relaxed about visits to the dentist, I found conscious sedation worked wonders for me and I felt completely at ease throughout .
I wore fixed braces (ceramic on top and metal on the bottom) with Queensway Jesmond for 12 months, and I really couldn't recommend them enough. The service received was professional and friendly, and I felt confident and happy throughout the treatment process. Jonathon the Orthodontist who monitored the braces was amazing, and very helpful throughout. Christine who fitted and removed the braces was very helpful, friendly and reassuring, I usually feel quite anxious about going to the dentist but I felt she was very comforting and made me feel at ease. Also, all of the reception staff are friendly and helpful (and the reception is absolutely gorgeous - especially the copper features and wallpaper!). Highly recommend, I can't stop smiling now the braces are off - It's a real confidence boost - thank you.
