Brill service no pushy selling like other places.
Bought my first car from here 4 months ago within them four months of getting the car from here it was not serviced properly when first bought so I had to take time from work to get it sorted as my filter was blocked, two months later down the line my car not has a braking fault and the clutch has gone. Meaning more time taken from work. Looking at other reviews cars bought here clearly has issues with servicing. Was then told by the service department to go to another garage to look at it even though the extended warranty was just added on to my payment without my consent. Absolutely disgusting service.
What a fabulous service from the service department at R and D Newcastle. I cant recommend them highly enough. I bought a car brand new from another dealer close to where I live in Yorkshire but have been less than happy with everything about them. This led me to look for an alternative dealer to get my servicing done on my new car and even though Robins and Day are more than 80 miles from my house I decided after talking to Hayleigh in the service reception that they were altogether a better company to deal with. She listened and understood my special requests and provided excellent customer service. I booked my 32000 mile service with her and had my car serviced today,. The courtesy car was ready for me as promised, I was offered tea an coffee and my car was ready to collect when she said it would be, all in a sparkling clean condition inside and out. Ive never collected a car from a dealer service with the inside of the alloy wheels cleaned before so this was a great touch. The service book was stamped and even the chap who delivered my car back to me at the reception was courteous and professional. I will be happy to drive another 160 mile round trip to get a service here in another 16000 miles.
