Arrived at Arnold Clark as I had a problem with the locking wheel nuts as the key no longer worked after only having this for 15 months. Having said that, the customer service team handled my issue really well and offered to pick up my car the following day from work, rather than me have to take more time off. Would recommend them from my 8 plus years of experience with the team on Scotswood Road, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Always an issue when I come here since buying the car. Only keep going back is a purchased a service and mot plan when I got the car. Have asked for a part refund on this but they don't give refunds on this. Booked an appointment a 2 hour slot to replace rear shock absorbers again which they have previously replaced after finding out in a service they were leaking when I got the car couple of months earlier. when arrived was told I would have to wait all day. Resulting in a wasted journey and having to make another appointment another day.
Brought my car to be serviced (bare in mind i'd had the car 6 months and done less than 2 thousand miles on it). Email said service takes an hour, on the day I was told 2 (wasn't that bothered) and then it actually took over 3. At the end of the service I then got an email detailing all the things that needed to be "urgently" replaced or repaired. Really? From barely doing 2 thousand miles? If it needs these jobs doing then it needed them at the time I purchased it. Will be bringing it for it's MOT in 6 months time and it will be funny to see what they come up with then. I will then take it to my usual garage to compare.
I bought my Ford Fusion in 2008 from Arnold Clark and they have serviced my car ever since.I have always been treated with courtesy. The services and m.o.ts have always been carried out promptly and efficiently and repairs and renewals have been to a high standard. I know this because in 10 years and seven months of constant use the car has never let me down. I might have been able to find a cheaper garage but I doubt if the service could have been better.
