Service completed within 2.25 hrs of dropping my car(Yeti auto) off. Car was lovely and clean inside and out. Very concise explanation of what work the mechanic did. Floor, seat and driving wheel all protected, which was removed as the car was handed over to me. All done for the price we agreed prior to the commencement of any work.Well pleased, will recommend and will be back for my mot in April!
Couldn't fault Lookers Skoda Newcastle one bit. Sales staff were attentive and got me the deal I wanted. Superb aftercare too. Can't recommend enough.

Don't use Lookers Skoda Newcastle. Especially there rubbish skoda Mechanic TOM. Giving wrong information to customers. I have 1 year warranty after 7 months having the vehicle there was fault in the car so i contacted Lookers, they said I have warranty and made an appt to see them. After taking a day off work they said they will check only to be told they cant deal with this vehicle (E250 Merc).Although they had all information they still refused to check and on top i was told to pay for the service with a local dealer, although the warranty is suppose to cover.When i knewly got the vehicle under 28 days i took the car back as there was a problem. From Manchester to Newcastle in terrible weather conditions. i travelled and was told fuel cost will be paid which it wasnt. Kept the car for 5hours after havinf the car reviewing it he didnt do anything, only to call me back to say to take it back, he doesn't deal with Mercedes-Benz cars.
The staff are not professional and wasted my time.
