Fantastic cars, great service, friendly and helpful staff
Very pleasant service when I was buying the car, but after attaching a new tow bar for me when buying the car failed to mention that the tow bar electrics might not fit my trailer electrics... and that I would need some kind of conversion lead or converter. (European electrics of 13 pins against 7 pins on trailer.) Have rung a few times to ask for sourcing of conversion lead or similar (to Jonny Graham, salesman) but after promises from him to ring back, have heard nothing. Also, have since learnt I could have the tow bar fitted for less half the price charged. Happy to take your money, but that's it for service!
Just wanted to have a go in an S90 with pilot assist while not in a position to be buying a car... The guys here were brilliant, really friendly, took me out in the car and let me play and experience the autonomous driving with no question or complaint or threat of a sale. Really nice guys to deal with! I'll be back to see them soon!
Arranged an MOT with courtesy car. Beware that a courtesy car from these guys only lasts for the day of the MOT, so when they keep your car for over a week to do work on it, no car for you. They told me on a Monday that they expected the car to be ready on Tuesday, but worst case scenario by Thursday. By Thursday lunchtime, they'd not yet bothered to contact me. When I call, they're busy, which is fine so I ask for a call back. I miss this call and am left a voicemail telling me they hope it will be ready by Friday or the weekend. When I call back to discuss, I'm told that they won't talk to me as they have left a voicemail so there's no need. Overall exceptionally disappointed with this place.
Rang the dealership four times to arrange for a service. This has been met with a mixture of "Someone will call you back" or no answer all when put through to the servicing department. I had liked the service when I initially bought my V60, but no longer. I will be taking my business else where from now.
