Really happy with my annual service on Saturday on my Ampera, i have to take the car here as there is no other dealers will touch it but very happy both this year and last at the service i have received. Was quoted a higher price but was nice to be charged far less as the oil change wasnt needed this year.
We didn't have a very good experience here. They were 2500 dearer for a virtually identical car than Lookers down the road. I expect slight differences but they've lost our custom for good.
a sales person who was not pushy, she let me have a decent test drive, had knowledgeable answers to all my questions, when i decided to go ahead with the purchase it was completed without any hassle and kept me informed by email/ phone call throughout the few days from choosing my car to pick up.
Terrible customer service after you buy the car. Even after the cars bought it has an immense amount of issues. Two cars bought, both have had several problems. They dont care about you as well. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else where they will actually look after you. I put in a complaint with many different reasons, I got an email back only giving me answers to 1 of my issues, out of several.
Fab sales staff, not pushy and very knowledgeable. Asked loads of questions and she didn't mind one bit. Car was ready on time and in great condition, as expected. Would recommend to all :)
