Always fun to wander in and browse and the staff are always pleasant. Spent many an hour in there looking and chatting as well. All good!

Sadly can't say I enjoyed my time in this store. I've been there twice in the past couple of days and the staff was always quite disrespectful. Not once I have been offered help even though I believe it was quite clear I was looking for something and not just browsing. My latest visit was to check a couple Noble Collection wands they sell. They are all locked in a case and you are unable to touch or inspect them up-close. I stood in front of the case looking waiting for the staff member to notice I am interested. This has not happened. After a call to show some items over video I have approach the staff member who made it very obvious I was being a nuisance by asking to see the wands up close. He rushed to the case where they were located, quickly unlocked it and let me hold them. I've mentioned the wand I like but asked to see some other ones. I concluded the next two I have seen to be of poorer quality, but before I was able to let the staff member know he was locking the case in front of me. While it would have been easy to mention this, I think there was no point. It was clear I was being a nuisance and so I have taken my business to a different store.

A great range of graphics, comics, merchandise and board games. Prices are great and the staff are super helpful. Will definitely be returning!

it's heaven. its my all time favourite shop ever. I've spent thousands in this place. the staff are amazing and treat me like I'm family. can't find a single problem. I could speak to them for hours. it's the best place to go if you wanna geek out and kit out your man cave or house with some of the best collectibles out there.

Visited today for the first time since my student days in the early 00s. What a difference fifteen years makes! I was absolutely bowled over by the selection of paraphernalia upstairs- theres some very very special items to drool over in the display cabinets, as well as some great pieces for the collector who doesnt have quite so deep pockets. The comic selection downstairs is astonishing and mostly very reasonably priced. I felt like a bit of a fish out of water at first but the assistant, Tom, was friendly and helpful. Ive recently started getting into the batman back catalogue in a big way and its fair to say that theres pretty much every title that you could hope to see there. I love the website for its convenience but delivery is fairly slow. After todays very positive experience Ill definitely be back whenever I can. Great shop, great staff. 10/10.
