Not impressed, poor help from sales staff about products on sale
I wanted to share an update on my #coatgate situation that my brother first shared on social media, specifically to do with my damaged The North Face coat. So another visit took place to the Newcastle store today accompanied by said Brother. After an extended discussion, a positive resolution was agreed with store manager Craig. I really just wanted to note my appreciation to Craig for being willing to escalate the issue on our behalf, in order for this resolution to be reached.
Wow. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Kind (I was holding a child and they hid the pram out the way until I had finished my shop). I wanted an edc bag - good selection here. You get what you pay for.
Appalling selection of extortionately priced merchandise, which reputably fall apart. I made a complaint about a item previously bought and treatment from staff and manager was disgraceful. Drove a long way to purchase some items. The shop wasnt open on time, I was waiting quite sometime for a member of staff to open the shop! I would not recommend shopping here!
