I do like a bit if addidas
Went into the store, a member of staff at the front saw me coming in but didn't say a word. Whist browsing, I noticed at the corner of my eye he kept staring at me, again without saying a word making me feel very uncomfortable. A few minutes later, I over heard him talking to another member of staff and was shocked to discover he was the manager! Very unprofessional not to greet or start conversation to potential buying customers. I was prepared to buy some items however will buy them online instead. The gentleman who refused to greet me is not fit to manage the store and should not be in a customer service job. Have a word, Adidas. I believe his name was Gary (quite a miserable chap). I did rate your store highly on a previous visit because I was asked to and was treated the opposite. Funny how neither happened the second time...
Didn't feel like it offered a great variety in the originals section
Two floored store, filled with various sports good. A wide range of male and female based clothing and a lot of choices on shoes. Prices are very respectable and during my time there were a lot of great sales on. Would highly recommend giving the store a visit even if it just to browse. Downstairs is focussed more on branded goods whilst upstairs focuses more on Adidas' own designs and clothes. Overall there was not TOO much clothes to be able to see, feeling they could have placed more clothes on the shelves.
A really disappointing store with limited selection and variety. The choice on offer absolutely does not warrant a large lot in Eldon Square and how the store has managed to remain open this long is beyond me. Really boring layout and store design and no choice makes this a no-go.
