Gorged two lines into a polished wood floor despite my pleas to protect the floor and then dismissive of the damage. Otherwise, they did a good job so would only recommend if you do NOT have a wood floor you care about.

Everything was rushed and shocking things got broken and the boss rick didn't answer phone calls and was shockingly disrespectful when managed to get hold off him. Would never use agen.

On the removal days the men were very helpful, and clearly very experienced. I was amazed at the care that was taken to protect our goods. The packing was done methodically, and nothing was too much trouble. Better than that nothing at all was broken or even marked. Price was very reasonable for the service provided.
