Friendly staff, affordable, clean and very secure
Rebecca was really helpful and the check in process was easy both online and in person. I got a medium room which was enough for all my student room items - clothes etc etc. My only complaint is that there arent any signs showing you which room numbers are in each direction or which direction the lift is. Its easy to get a little lost.
Good, friendly service from the staff, very easy to upgrade to a bigger size room on the day. Plenty of trolleys available around the site to help move possessions. Would definitely use them again.
