Absolutely dreadful experience. Ordered on the app. Took a payment twice and twice failed. Had to reorder then wait a futher 30 minutes for food. Guy on the till was helpful to a point. Even admitted the app was "full of bugs"
Good food, but will constantly get our order wrong unlike any other domino's.
Awful, they didn't answer the 3 times we tried to ring, no contact and we'd already paided.
Very Rude and Arrogant Team Members who take order. When you call them if order is wrong they say "What you want me to do!". Delivery Drivers are very nice polite and humble. I feel floor team need to learn something from Drivers. Disgraceful absolutely dislike to order from here. Have to go all the away to gosforth to get pizza. Shame
