Guys please stay away from this restaurant . The food is ok but the price is high and little to no ambiance. Really disappointed. Good for take aways at your own risk .
Had lamb bhuna and chicken madras delivered quickly and food was delicious
So we have ordered twice from this resteraunt and twice we have been bitterly disappointed. First time we ordered quite a large meal for 4 friends, which had multiple items missing, took 2 hours to arrive and was freezing cold. In the end, they came back with some of the items but forgot the rest. Attempted to rectify on the phone but apologies don't replace food that we have paid for. Poppadoms without pickle, no pop etc. Shame as the tastes were pretty decent. Anyway we were promised another meal for free. So a week later we thought we would try again. Instant regret. Curries were ok, but the pizza deal... Oh dear. 2 wrong pizzas, no chips, no poppadoms but pickle... Tried to call and get the right pizza, but as as last time, "will sort it next time etc" my missus was livid as the whole reason she ordered again was for the tikka pizza. We ended up with a pepperoni. Absolute joke. The worst part is, the order came with a receipt that clearly says what we ordered. How they could manage to muck it up twice so spectacularly is beyond comprehension. 2 ruined nights, and cash wasted. Would not recommend at all. You might get something nice, but chances are it won't be what you ordered and you will certainly have items missing.
Firstly dishes are not as advertised. Ordered chicken tandoori main which stated it would be served on a bed of onions however this wasn't the case. When we contacted the restaurant, they said this was fine and didn't attempt to amend this at all. The restaurant was also contacted about missing items and the man we spoke to seemed irritated that we had called. To give them credit, they did agree to send the missing items out straight away with two extra poppadoms. Garlic naans were very unpleasant. There were clumps of raw garlic between the three garlic naans and the naans were really soggy. I don't think we'd order here again.
If I could give this 'restaurant' a rating of less than one star, I would. Firstly, there were bones contained in both curries, a hair in one and the naan breads tasted like cardboard. I called and spoke to the manager, who was extremely rude to me on the phone. He said there was no bones OR hairs in my curry and refused to give us a refund. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT I CANNOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH.
