I went here to check out the colours of the S9+ phone I want to buy, unfortunately the "on trend" neon blue lighting above the desk meant the colours were vertually indistinguishable, the young guy showed me a blue and black one, both reflected the blue light and therefore looked blue, and the purple one in that light looked pink! He then disappeared when I said I wasn't impressed with the lighting. A girl walked past and I asked her what other colours they came in and she pointed to a tiny printed line of colours on the ticket, a few centimetres long and maybe 3mm high that had a few colours on including a gold, but didn't stop to help, she just walked away, I couldn't find the gold option to look at on a phone. I was at the time the only customer in the store until an older lady came in and the guy who had been chatting to what looked like a security guy, then helped her. I walked out without choosing my phone. The shop opposite were much more helpful and I will be going back there.
Visited Newcastle Samsung store on a number of occasions and frequently attended to by a guy named Alex, who I have always found to be extremely courteous, helpful and product knowledgeable on all occasions.I today visited with problems with my tablet and once again Alex was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed the problem in no time at all. I would highly recommend him.
