Totally shambles of a company sent me a Givenchy beanie that was fault the inside tag wasnt even sewn in, spoke to someone called Sam Riseboroughy initially seemed helpful and said he would get a brand new same item sent back to me but I needed to send this one back I told him the item may not be in stock when you do this he assured me he had secured one for me to send out. Few days later I get an email from END saying they had refunded me instead I tried to call Sam back to no avail and he didnt get back to my emails. Service is poor and wouldnt shop here again after this very unprofessional

Won a pair that got shipped to Belgium where I live. Unfortunately the box came heavily damaged so had to return it at my own costs. Got refunded for the shoes so that's nice. Tip to END: don't wrap the box in a bag because if the box is damaged you can't see the damage when you receive the parcel. I received shoes from Nike and SNS and also once from the US and they arrived fine.
