Ive ordered numerous of times from this shop but todays experience was really bad Im never going to buy my cakes from here the staff was very rude an horrible I placed an order 1 week in advance as always I was told to collect the cake late afternoon but it was ready in the morning went to the shop to pick it up the women behind the counter was very unprofessional the way I asked her about the order she spoke to me rudely no thank you or enjoy the cake when we ate the cake the sponge was hard not soft horrible experience giving it 3 star rating

I am not a one for doing reviews I'm a great believer speak as you find but this shop blew me away the selection of cakes was great the presentation was spectacular. And the cakes are the freshest I have had. Staff were warm welcoming. Overall a MUST try.
By far the best cake company Ive ever used. I was let down last minute by another cake supplier and was panicking I wouldnt get a cake in time for my daughters christening. I googled companies and 4 days before the christening came across these guys. I couldnt believe they could make one at such short notice but they did. No problems at all. The cake was by far the best Id seen and most cost effective (not to mention tasted lovely!). Would definitely use them again at the next big occasion. 5* from me.
