Absolutely disgusting service - prebooked 3 hours in advance, after waiting 30 mins I had to cancel and missed my interview.
We ordered a taxi to 10:15 am and the lady said thats fine, the taxi arrived around 10:55am we lost our train just minutes away. WHY they accept calls when they can't handle it on time. She kept saying taxi is on the way, so we waited... should pay my train tickets so next time they will think twice before they promise.
