first time using this shop and so so impressed. Amazing, friendly staff, extremely helpful, i honestly could not have asked or expected more. Bought a snake after being put at rest about any uncertainties i had by a lovely young lady and then Steve the owner delivered and set everything up for me, excellent service ty. Will be back there for everything i need for my pets in furture

Owner is spot on very reliable, answers all questions thourouly. Excellent reasonable prices. Small shop but well stocked and inventory coming and going all the time.
Excellent local tropical fish store. Knowledgeable staff who give solid, honest advice. The guy who we dealt with listened to us and advised us to buy less than we originally asked for. Truly showing that he was more interested in the welfare of the fish over profit. Well be back soon for more. So happy I found this gem.
First of all, I have to mention the thing that I noticed about this place immediately, unlike the bigger pet stores that are local, there isn't one dead fish in any of the tanks, and neither are there any tanks under quarantine or signs of disease on any of the fish ( I've had to point out white spot, dead fish and obvious swim bladder issues in pets at home!)Every tank/vivarium etc is clean! And I've never seen an animal of any kind that looked anything less than healthy and happy!Apart from all of this good stuff, the guy that owns the shop is a wealth of knowledge, I'm betting what he doesn't know about reptiles and exotic pets isn't worth knowing, and he's always happy to help and share his knowledge if you need it, brilliant shop, brilliant bloke, regular deliveries of live food, tropical fish, good stock of all the basic necessities, but I reckon as his business gets better, he'll be able to stock more.If you're looking for tropical fish, any reptile supplies or even a pet like a tarantula or scorpion! Do pay this guy a visit even if you have to travel a bit, it's definitely worth it!
