This is a well positioned car park in the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. There were spaces when we arrived after 9.00am, which is worth knowing and more spaces around 6.00pm. which suggests general availability, given that other car parks we tried were either full or had time restrictions. Lipman is 24/7.The car park is on a bit of a slope so wheelchair users may have an issue but otherwise functional as a car park.
Machine wasn't working but plenty of spaces and paid online..
