Wouldn't even give it a star if I had the choice, toilet lady is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever came across! To talk to a young girl who was clearly distressed and upset in tears ,to act the way she did was disgusting!!! Absolutely no need for that kind of behaviour from a grown "professional " adult. Very disappointed as the club itself and other staff are great.
as I said to the bouncer tonight I would leave a review . I was there tonight very few people tried to make the most of the night . at closing a bouncer came up to me and said I had 5 seconds to drink my drink I thought he was messing until he grabbed my glass from my hand . I hand enough and left . never to return to this bar . if this is the way the treat their cliential I dont want to frequent this place . to be honest I'd never be treated like this in a straight place . I should never be treated in a gay place like this ! I see this under powerhouse this happened in easy street !! bouncer ? needs to learn how to respect their customers . gay people are human just like every one else # respect -
Was in here tonight with my boyfriend and we ordered some drinks and put them on the side for one second while we took off our jackets and someone took my boyfriends full pint. When I went to the bar to tell them the guy with the beard shrugged his shoulders and said Ill have to buy another one. Very disappointed as hed just served us so knew we wernt just trying to get a free drink
This is a great late night club but please be aware two men were attacked tonight from out of nowhere. The guys who did it need to be brought to justice
