*** REVIEW UPDATE *** I have received the missing clamps from my purchase with the help of Jayne Monaghan, who went beyond her capabilities of customer service. On her behalf, she took charge of my request and have been able to deliver the clamps in Canada. I am very thankful for her kindness and great customer service! Thank you very much again Jayne :-)It's been MONTHS that I've been WAITING for articles I have paid for. This company forgot to send them in my package. I have moved back to Canada and they still haven't sent the items to me...in Canada now. I have rarely seen such an unfaithful and disrespectful service. Especially since it's their responsibility to send what the customer is buying and I should not be responsible to pay for their mistake. It is a shame.
BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a pair of long oven gloves, which although came within less than a week were damaged when i received them. I contacted them that night via email and was pleasantly surprised, when i received a response the next morning - the customer service was amazing! They immediately apologised and told me they were just sending me another pair, which I received today - 4 days later! BIG THUMBS UP!
Total disregard for customers.Do not use unles you got loads of time to waste awaiting for your paid order an having to end up driving around to find your parcel.Save your time and drive to your local catering equipment wholesalers its quicker at the end.
If no stars were possible. Ordered ages, money taken, heard nothing after trying to contact. Told I'd receive a call back from a suitably knarky lady..... surprisingly didn't. Still trying to chase money. Sad times.
Ordered a load of glasses for a wedding, after ordering I found out there would be a delay as they waited for the next shipment. This came a bit too close to the date of the wedding for me but Gary from Heaton provided great customer service, friendly, polite and really helpful in finding an alternative that more than made up for the original issue. I would recommend this company to anyone, good product choice, amazing value and impeccable customer service.
