Followed instructors plan, now had to have a bi-lateral knee replacement! Make up your own mind as to what caused it! Not saying it was the gym plan that caused the problem but who knows? Is it worth the pain?
My wife went to the pool two days ago. It was filthy, so she got out and went into the steam room, lots of chipped tiles, not very hygienic. Today she has tried both the club and head office to see if the pool has been cleaned since she left her complaint the other day. No one has phoned back so she has given up on swimming for a second day this week. This is the second time she has had to raise issues about how dirty the pool is. Not very good when the fees are over 90.00 per month.
Modern and well maintained health club, great friendly staff. Really good spa area. Range of food and drinks options available. Overall great club.
A little pricey but definitely worth the money, staff are amazing and know almost everyone !!
I love this gym clean well kept and always someone to help you .plus i use a very good well trained trainer called Aaron .
