Would give 0 stars but wasnt the option . Placed an order for birthday flowers for delivery today , received an email to say they had been delivered when they hadnt . Contacted them to find out where the flowers were and was told there had been a mix up with the order . Was expecting an apology and for them to offer to deliver the flowers tomorrow . Instead I was offered a refund and was told they could recommend some very good local florists who could deliver our flowers ????? No idea why they were unable to do it . Surely any decent florist would make sure they delivered the flowers the following day , especially as it was an order that they messed up !
