Steve came recommended from my brother and did not disappoint. Gave us a fair quote, started and finished the job as he would. Really impressed with the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen and fitting of the extractor fan in the bathroom. Will use him again and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. Would give 10 stars if I could. Steve came on his days off to help us with a complicated problem with our boiler power supply, after hearing we were without hot water and heating for 2 days, during the recent icey weather, and had a little baby! He quickly and skillfully worked out what the problem was. He's clearly very knowledgeable, highly skilled, knew just what to do and did it effeciently. Can't rate him highly enough and will definitely use him again for any other jobs. Highly recommend +++. (Suppose we were lucky he was on annual leave, or I'm sure he'd have been booked up for days!) Rewire of house done, wiring put in for intruder alarm, new spotlights fitted in kitchen and bathroom and new outside lights fitted too. Steve explained everything in detail before carrying out the work and during.Standard of work was excellent and they arrived on time with excellent communication, as and when required. Damage to walls etc was minimal ... we were expecting a lot worse! Extremely satisfied with all work carried out and would definitely reccomend Great North Electricals.
