Went in for a 7 car wash and left with a damaged door on a brand new BMW thats going to cost hundreds of pounds to repair. They parked another vehicle alongside while mine was being dried off, and one of the workers called 'Milan' walked up, opened the neighbouring cars nearside door and bounced it off my offside door causing a substantial dent in it. He walked off leaving his colleagues arguing with me in front of my daughter, which was quite intimidating. They didnt care and werent in the least bit sorry. If I could leave a negative 5-star rating, I gladly would. Reckless, ignorant cowboys that shouldnt be allowed anywhere near new or prestige cars. Update: Spoke with the owner 'Mohammad' several times, who promised to sort out payment for the damage and hasn't. Not only are they reckless, they are unscrupulous liars. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!
Staff are great, but they're quite expensive compared to others in the area who can do the same job.
Good job although took sometime to get my car washed.
