Cannot fault their service. Over the last 3 years we have required their services a number of times due to broken down vehicles, a crash and one theft.Each time they have been extremely helpful, and they take their time to give you the best service possible.I have used other local and national companies in the past but CFMS beat them by a mile!Outstanding and highly recommended!

This is an appalling garage to deal with. Customer service is horrendous, staff are rude and unwelcoming and thats the positive side of the company. When I saw my car I was devastated - such a poor repair. Youd think an insurance company such as Direct Line would use a better repairer.
Absolutely awful service from this garage! I put my car in for repair back in May, they told me they would have my car for a week so I asked for a courtesy car which I was told would take a month to book. I waited the full month for my repair to take place as I needed a courtesy car. The day before my repair took place someone from the garage rang me to say they didnt have any courtesy cars for my appointment the next day and they would ring me back when they had some available, I then rang the garage back to complain and they told me they did have some and that I was lying about receiving the phone call! I took my car in the next day and received a Skoda courtesy car, the car stunk of cigarettes and dog hair but they still had the cheek to get me to sign a document stating I wasnt allowed to smoke in the car. I was told my repairs would take a week to repair but I received a phone call to say it was going to take a further week, I had my car booked into another garage for a service which I then had to cancel and rebook. The service wasnt great and the employees that worked in the garage were rude unwelcoming and unhelpful! I would never recommend this garage to anyone all in all a horrendous service!
Excellent Service and although quoted a long wait time they got to me in less than an hour. I was broken down in a bit of an awkward place but it was no problem for him. Dropped me off at the garage of my choice no questions asked.
