Station has no services and no staff at nights. A young lady travelling on a 11.35 bus to London very scared no security around. Something should be put in place. Not a good impression of the city of Newcastle.
Weird opening hours, so toilets were closed when I arrived there late / left to leave early.
Small, the staff are never at he counters and theres no food.
Small station so not open 24 hours which is hard when catching early bus as not able to go inside. No takeaway food but that was available at stop at services on trip. Friendly staff.
Lady assistant was very helpful in assisting me with ticket info for a long trip I'm planning!
