When a loved one dies a bank should be caring, pastoral and sensitive to next of kin. These folk like a bull in a china shop. They do not respond to calls and fail when compared to our treatment as bereaved family that we got from the Halifax or Barclays. They need training ASAP.
Not as good as the sunderland branch which I found surprising
Miserable cashier on Monday 20th Feb 2017. I only asked if any news on the bank's sell off. She scowled and ended the conversation
Just don't try ringing em up....called three times,no one answered.
