Great for all ages even adults. Very clean and tidy. Lots of staff. Hot drinks and snacks available but building can be cold when sitting around.
So I have just came out of jump 360 in Benton and I was really disappointed I must say. I took my two grand kids to the 11am session. We came a little bit too early for our session so the lady on the reception desk let us change. Very polite and gave us all of the information we needed. Unfortunately I can not say the same for the cafe. I was upstairs for around 2 hours I went to get myself and husband some coffees. There was 4 staff and I still waited 10 minutes in the Que and 10 minutes for my coffees. After that ordeal I asked the kids if they wanted to go somewhere else for food but they insisted on eating here. Its over priced and the food looked disgusting but the kids didnt notice. The blonde girl upstairs was rude, unhelpful and overall useless. She took too long to do everything and there was three other people up there to help her. SHOCKING. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

What a night! Just come back from my first visit with a bunch of friends, and it was an amazing experience! Haven't done anything else like it before - the staff were friendly and supportive, the cafe was reasonably priced, and the venue was just plain awesome! Tons of variety, it's definitely worth it to come on down and see what it's all about!
We have summer passes for Jump360 and we have made good use of them visiting several times each week of the summer so far. Staff are always polite and helpful and make you feel welcome. It's always clean and tidy. Definitely recommend a visit or two.
